We are founded on principles of community service

My name is Michael Reid, also known as Mighty Mike, and Mighty Junk Removal was built around family, community, and New Mexico roots. I was born in Carlsbad, and although life and business took me out of state for many years, Edgewood always felt like home. My dad lived here for a long time, my sister and her husband still live here, and one visit made it clear this was where I wanted to set roots with my kids and build something meaningful.

After years of building and running businesses in other industries, I chose to slow things down and create something local and hands on. Mighty Junk Removal is a family run company, and I’m proud to work alongside my kids while being part of the community we live in.

Giving back is important to us, especially when it comes to supporting local veterans, who are close to my heart. In our very first year, we were honored to receive a community award for giving back, something we take great pride in and plan to continue for years to come.



We believe in showing up on time, working hard, and treating every customer with respect. Our goal is simple: provide reliable junk removal and dumpster rental services while taking care of our neighbors here in Edgewood and the surrounding areas.
